Linda Guerra, RYT-200
Linda started her yoga practice at Inner Bodyworks in June of 2006. After years of running and developing lower back problems, Linda turned to yoga for it's beneficial qualities. She fell in love with the flow of breath & body and continues to be inspired by the balance of strength & flexibility yoga provides. She became certified after completing her 200 hour teacher training at Inner Bodyworks Yoga Studio and began teaching in 2012. She has also attended workshops with Max Strom, John Friend and has been inspired by the purifying practice of Ashtanga and the creative flow of Vinyasa and Anusara. While Linda still enjoys being a student, as a teacher, she found her calling for inspiring and helping others find their inner strength and improve their quality of life.
