Shonna started practicing yoga after the birth of her second son as a way to reclaim her body, and she found so much more! Exploring the mind/body connection she found through her practice has helped her balance career, family and self. In 2011 her passions for education and yoga came together as she became a certified teacher through Yoga Alliance. She teaches vinyasa-based classes aimed to inspire confidence and encourage curiosity and playfulness in her students’ practice. She feels deep gratitude to be teaching alongside the many yoga instructors at Inner Bodyworks who have shaped and inspired her practice over the past decade.
